This beautiful independent vacation home is situated on a hill overlooking the Maremma countryside, about 2 km from the nearest town of Giuncarico and about 20 km from the extensive sandy beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and the Gulf of Follonica. The vacation home is surrounded by a large natural outdoor area with private swimming pool. On the first floor you will find a large living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, whereas the 1st floor has another smaller, simpler kitchen, a small living room, five double bedrooms, three of which with additional extra bed and four shower bathrooms. In the large outdoor area there are table and chairs and a barbecue. In about 15 km the golf course "Il Pelagone", about 30 km the thermal baths of Venturina.
