About this campground/ rv resort rental
Cozy waterfront 2/1 located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Chill on the upper deck and watch wildlife (and nearby humans.. lol) enjoying their day. A short boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen or Jupiter Springs - it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. The Host will provide area info after booking. "Bass Capital of the World" fishing, swimming, and/or white beaches/shopping in St Augustine. Return from a day of activities to all the comforts of home. WIFI and International TV channels, so you don't miss a game! Well stocked kitchen for cooking &/or charcoal grill for true lake-life living under the majestic oak tree! Firepit and lounging chairs. Pets allowed (no restrictions) with a small fee. We have THREE homes on the SAME CANAL! Look for similar property listing names to find the other two. Host reviews since 2018! We stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the location. We rented a boat for 3 days and could pull right up to the house to load and unload. Loved seeing a few baby gators and turtles while sitting on the dock. Beds were very comfy.

The place was clean, well stocked the bed was comfortable and my husband liked having a recliner. Our only concern was it was cold ( in the 30’s) and it didn’t have central heat just space heaters which a couple needed to be updated. We did get decent weather and got to fish and went to ravine garden state park so we did enjoy our stay here

Blinds were dusty,air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work well and master bed was very uncomfortable, not a big option on pots and pans. Under the pull out couch in living room while looking for my sons phone there was animals hair,dirt,a marker etc definitely has not been moved and cleaned water damage on floor and the back door
