About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home nestled on 5 acres with a private dock and lake access. The entire family will love the peace and quiet this home has to offer with more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. This 3 bed 2.5 bath home overlooks a man made pond, host a spacious dining room and kitchen area, and a great open living room perfect for any family get away. Enjoy lake days on the St. John's, boating, game nights & nature. Bring your boat!
Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods.
Pet fee is $25 per pet per day, must have pre-approval and must disclose pets upon booking and pay pet fee within two days of booking.
This is a non-smoking unit-we don't care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It's Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.
Upon departure if you are able to remove all trash & food items, turn off all lights and leave the thermostat at 78, we would appreciate it!
