About this house rental
Stone farmhouse on 1.4 hectares with swimming pool in a green setting. Ideally located in the South Ardèche near the Ardèche gorges, and villages such as Balazuc, Vogué, Labeaume and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Quiet in the town of Rosières, but 2 steps from the village, shops and rivers. The estate, exclusively private, can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. Without any opposite, in the heart of a wooded park, you will find peace and tranquility here. You can have breakfast on the terrace, relax by the pool or stroll in the shade of the oaks.

We (family with two kids) enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' house very much. The pool is extraordinary - including some bathing toys for the kids. The huge garden offers a lot of nice spots to relax and play. There are a lot of beautiful spots to take baths or go for canoe tour - be it the Ardeche, La Beaume or the Chassezac - all within 15-30 minutes by car. Nicolas was always very helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend the place and house!
