Large comfortable apartment (90 m2 + large terrace), with new modern decoration, fully equipped and furnished, wifi and air conditioning.
The apartment is decorated with a sailor motif and its views are the best of the neighborhood.
It consists of three bedrooms, one type suite with double bed 1x1,50), television, closets and a bathroom inside the room with bath and bidet. Another room with three single beds (3x0.90) and another room with a convertible double bed (2x0.80) with a large dressing room.
A fully equipped open kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to cook in it.
Dining room with sofa chaise longue very comfortable, television and table with 8 chairs.
Full bathroom with shower.
Terrace with large table, sun loungers and doghouse.
Small garden before the entrance.
Private underground parking place with independent exit to the apartment.
The apartment has been completely renovated.

The view is just amazing ! The appartement is well equipped and comfortable. The beaches are beautiful, not too busy and only about 10 minutes walk from the appartement (via many steps, it took us a bit of time to find the best way to avoid the main road but then it is easy). Lovely authentic old town with old church, small museum and shops not far from the appartement and lively port with restaurants on the other side of town. Thanks Eva for a great week.

Eva, the owner was great, but the property was disappointing. Not very clean. Loose floor tiles, broken patio furniture, and everything was very dated. Only one room with a double bed for a couple. The other two rooms had twins. One room with twin bunk beds and one single twin so you could not combine for a bigger bed. The other room had a single twin. The view from the balcony was amazing.
