Our beach front accessible area is just 2 blocks below your townhome. The area has Palapa shades, restrooms, and a shower off station. Make your beach camp up in the a.m. and stay all day. No need to run up to the house to use the bathroom. Pull your wagon down to the club house beachfront or drive your car with beach camp accessories, snacks, & beverages. Off street parking at beachfront.
AMERICAN DIRECT TV Phoenix feed, cable, movies, sports, and music channels keep those kids occupied after a long day at the beach.
Stream Netflix, Roku, Amazon Primetime on the Smart TV
DVD player & DVDs available.
KITCHEN is fully appointed with all necessary cooking & serve ware for fun family meal preparation. Located on 2nd floor.
Do less dishes. Spend more time on the beach. Bringing disposable serve ware is recommended.
Our favorite FRESH OYSTER FARM is 1/4 mile west. View the Oysteria Estuary from your deck.
Visit the Osteria to enjoy Estuary views and amazing sunsets while dining on oysters and blue crab tostadas. Pulled fresh from the Sea of Cortez.
BYOB adult beverages, sodas, and side dishes to the Oysteria to compliment Fresh or Baked Oysters & Crab Tostadas. An outstanding bargain.

The house is beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and modern. Our only two takeaways was having to go upstairs to enter and the pool was empty . Otherwise, we really enjoyed having access to a private beautiful beach!

It was great for the price and we loved the fact that the house was super secluded. Nothing really bothered us about our stay there the house was the perfect size for me and my family and it was a great time in general definitely recommending this to other friends and family!

Great place for a quiet beach house! It was great the days we stayed as we had no neighbors in the joining homes. The beach was wonderful and just around the corner. The communication with the property managers was great.
