All new living room furniture and a new extra-firm king mattress in the bedroom. Kitchen and bath feature granite countertops. Ceramic floors with new plank flooring in bedroom.
On site amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub with poolside restrooms, as well as outdoor grills and a covered gazebo. Boardwalk has outdoor shower.

We decided last minute we wanted a trip to the beach for fall break. We wanted to be directly on the beach and this place did not disappoint. The view of the ocean from the balcony can’t be beat. The condo is on the smaller side and for a family with smaller kids it would be absolutely perfect. For those with teenage man kids the bunks are a little on the smaller side side. We made it work and would definitely book this property again if we needed to. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a fantastic last minute getaway.

The two cushions for the lounge chairs did not stay on due to broken ties. That was a disappointment.
