About this apartment rental
Hello! As owners of this beachfront condominium, we are excited to list our beautiful vacation home for rent. It has been totally upgraded and decorated and is a lovely space. As always you are welcome to contact me with any additional questions. Unfortunately no pets are allowed on this property. Located on lovely West Beach, enjoy breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and emerald ocean from your private balcony of this 4th floor unit. Master bedroom with KING bed, and two hall bunks with a pocket door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. The grounds include a swimming pool and hot tub area located on the beach, a gazebo and two charcoal grills for grilling. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our unit includes iron and ironing board, luxury bath and bedding linens, beach chairs for your use while in our condo, and 2 cable tvs. Our building has an Elevator and luggage carts. We are a low density condominium building containing only 72 unit so plenty of room on our beach!
Amenities at Directly on the beach! No pets. No smoking. 1st 2 weeks of June open. Grab it !

The unit was in a convenient location with easy parking. No waiting on elevators, no overcrowded pool area, and no crowds at the beach in front of the condo. The unit was a little smaller than I was expecting but big enough for my husband & I. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 adults and one small child. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Could have been a little cleaner and needs to be updated but overall okay place to stay.

Outstanding, panoramic view of the gulf and beach. Bed was very comfortable. Our suggestion is to stop and get food to eat on the balcony. We did that a couple of evenings, and it was awesome!

There was some construction going on at the front of the building that was not disclosed in the listing and a little noise One Elevator had ply wood on the floor and walls up to waist high. The beach was a great area. The hot tub was cold and didn't work for the time we were there. We still had an enjoyable stay. The condo is older but was budget friendly. Wi-Fi only worked half a day, although that turned out to be a plus and kept me from doing work on vacation.
