About this house rental
Just 3 miles from Walt Disney World, Olaf's Funhouse is a themed 7 bedroom, 6 bath home built for big family trips. Jump into your own South-facing heated pool with pool heat INCLUDED, soak in the heated spa, turn the kids loose on the private splash pad, and gather for movie night in your home theater, all inside the quiet, gated Formosa Gardens Estates just minutes from the parks.
Come relax and enjoy the Florida sun. We want Olaf's Funhouse to be part of your best family vacation ever, and it's why a recent guest told us: "It's rare that a property exceeds expectations, and having a host as attentive as you is ridiculously rare."
ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
With 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, everyone gets their space. Four are king master suites, each with its own private bathroom, so parents and grandparents all get a room of their own. Three masters are on the first floor and one is upstairs, and one first-floor suite includes a full-size crib, just like you would have at home. Every master has a large flat-screen TV, and all the TVs are "Netflix ready" if you have an account.
THREE THEMED KIDS' ROOMS
This is where the magic happens for the little ones.
The Ice Castle room has a built-in castle bed with three twin beds, two on the lower level and one up top (the upper bed holds children under 150 pounds).
The Trading Post room features a bunk built to look like a log cabin, with a full-size bed on the bottom for kids or "kids at heart" and a twin up top for children under 150 pounds.
The Sleigh room has two standard twin beds shaped like sleighs, comfortable for kids and adults alike.
POOL, SPA, SPLASH PAD & THEATER
The large South-facing pool and spa are both heated, and pool and spa heat are INCLUDED. The kids get their very own splash pad, so no one has to leave the yard for water fun. Please note the splash pad runs on a separate system and is not heated. Inside, the themed home theater has an 80-inch screen and real theater-style seating for family movie nights after a long day at the parks.

We loved our stay. My favorite room was the theater room. Lots of dishes, amenities, towels and blankets. My grandchildren loved the Frozen theme. There was plenty of space for our family and TVs in every room. Our only suggestions are that some things could be updated and the splash pool which was a main reason for choosing the house sometimes would not work and then did not get much use because the water was so cold.We still loved our week together and are very grateful to the owners for the opportunity to stay and have a place where all our family could stay.

This house was everything we hoped it would be for our family. With kids ages 1,4,6 and 8 the Frozen theme was really enjoyed. The 3 master bedrooms on the main floor meant all the adults could sleep downstairs. The whole family loved the pool everyday when we returned from the parks. It was so nice having so many bathrooms. Everything was clean and we felt right at home. We cooked most of our meals for the week and the kids would watch a wind down show before bed in the theater room. We would definitely come back to this beautiful home again if our travels find us back in this part of Florida.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood and close to all the Disney Parks. The pool provided the perfect way to start and end our days. Katie was quick to answer all our questions and provided contacts in case we had problems. We have no complaints!

This house was amazing, it may need a deep clean from dust on curtains but other than that it was great. Large and plenty of room for big families. Close to stores and Disney! My son’s room light sos not work but hopefully they get that fixed soon!
