Communication with John was easy. The house was great for our multigenerational family. Location to Disney and surrounding activities as excellent and the outdoor amenities including the pool and hot tub could not be beat.

There was plenty of rooms/beds for everyone to have their own space and privacy. We had a good time. The general feeling was that it needs a lot of updating. Flooring that is coming up hurt feet, cracked
