This is a very nice 1br unit in a building with great amenities. Although it’s 1 block back from Playa de los Muertos beach, the generous balcony has an unobstructed view over a low building right down to the surf with the pleasant sound of waves coming through all the time. The refrigerator and washer/dryer are pretty new and quite nice, and the kitchen overall is well equipped if cooking is planned. Roof has a small but nice infinity pool/hot tub overlooking the beach, small but nice gym and lots of chairs to catch the sun. Walkability to the core of Zona Romantica is excellent. Small downside to that, occasional street noise when the balcony door is open, but just fine when closed, and the bedroom is interior and completely quiet. Building staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice place to stay.

Great location and beautiful views. Condo is clean and comfortable close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Don't miss the rooftop pool, it has beautiful views both during the day and the evening. It was very hot during our stay so the airconditioning was a welcome respite.

The property was specifically selected for location, near the beach, balcony with view and the rooftop pool where we expected to spend afternoons.
Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was under maintenance and would be available the next day. The pool was NEVER available throughout our entire visit. The manager did provide a small refund when asked but the issue I have is the roof top and pool maintenance had been scheduled for WEEKS and we were never informed or provided the opportunity to move to a different building. There are lots of alternatives. To make matters worse on the second day the single elevator goes out of service with the promise to return to service next day. It never returned to service requiring a five story walk up every time we went out.
Just beware that this renter is not very honest in reflecting the condition of the property when it might cause you not to book.
Same on him and on VBRO for allowing these business practices.
