Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following hours:
- Pool: open 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Thursday,
8 AM to 12 AM Friday - Sunday.
- Gym: open 7 AM - 10 PM daily
Other things to note
Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, and they must be registered with security upon arrival. Visitors are only permitted inside the condo and do not have access to common areas. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and overnight stays are not allowed.
Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

From check in to check out the stay was amazing. The place had everything we needed. Alejandra was our concierge, she was excellent in communication. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. There is a refrigerator and sink. You can bring your own drink and snack. No need to drag a cooler. The location is prime. Would definitely recommend.

Had a week and a half in PV. This time weather wasn’t great, but also great to stay in this area, and V177 was perfect.

I was in PV for a family reunion and this was a great unit for me when we had downtime. Most of my stay was spent outdoors especially enjoying the rooftop infinity pool. The property manager was super helpful and very responsive and I would definitely recommend them as well as this particular condo. It was located at a quiet end of the property and had a very nice outdoor patio.
