Enjoy & relax in the bright, open, comfortable rooms with views of the lush greenery surrounding the front patio. Have fun at this perfect vacation spot or simply enjoy this relaxing retreat. Choose to eat out at the many fine restaurants nearby or dine in with a fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to Naples Botanical Garden. Close to Publix. Oakes Market. Bike to Sudgen Park or Bayview Park & Boat Ramp. Plenty of free parking. BBQ grill with propane tank, bicycles & board games provided. Hi-Speed Wifi, Sling & Netflix provided. Connect to your Prime, Philo or Hulu accounts. Two bedrooms: 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, living room, dining room, kitchen, garden patio, front and back yards, ample parking on a quiet dead-end street walking distance to Naples Botanical Garden. There are surveillance cameras on all sides of house's exterior. This is a side-by-side Duplex with a vacation rental on both sides. ~*~ HOUSE RULES: NO Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Photo ID Required. Minimum age required is 25 yrs. No Candles or open flames permitted. No more than the number of guests permitted to stay than what's on the reservation. If these house rules are broken you will be told to leave. No refund will be given. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES OF ANY KIND. You will be responsible for the plumbing bill and it's not cheap! Upon arrival proof of identity with government issued photo I.D. is required.~*~ Other than that....ENJOY your stay! :) BTW, I've got several annual rentals that I manage myself as well as this beautiful home and two other vacation rentals. This vacation home was absolutely great!!
We actually did not sign up for this home, but there was a problem with the home that we signed up for and the owner graciously changed our reservation to this home… an upgrade for sure!! The home is huge and extremely comfortable. It is very close to needed shopping (Publix grocery store, CVS, and gas stations). It was very central to all of the places we had wanted to visit on our vacation (Big Cypress Swamp, 10,000 Islands, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, etc.). We cooked dinner each night at the home and it was well stocked with the cooking utensils that were needed. There was even a gift basket with snacks provided. The owner was very prompt in all of her correspondence and extremely polite and professional. We cannot say enough good things about our stay and fully recommend it to anyone!!

Very cozy and cute house. Close to restaurants and beach. Celebration Park only minutes away was a fun place for dinner, drinks and live music. Another fun place was Bean to Cup Coffee lounge. Had great organic coffee and breakfast. We would definitely stat again.

The property was beautiful and spacious. It was a quick drive to the city and the beach. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time going to the beach and Brambles Tea Room. Would definitely stay here again

My family and I stayed here while on vacation and it was a very nice and clean house. The house is in a perfect location between Marco island and Naples pier. I would definitely stay here again.
