The apartment has 2 bedrooms. In the large bedroom, a comfortable box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed.
In the combined dining-living room is a small kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 2 hotplates, fridge and kettle. The dining table is equipped with 4 chairs.

Our cozy apartment is located in the 3. Floor of the famous Fürstenhof.
The apartment 302 is a 2-room apartment and about 53 square meters. It has a bedroom, a large living / dining room with integrated kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower and a large south-facing balcony.
The living / dining room has an integrated kitchenette (with fridge, 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and coffee maker), a dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable couch (pocket spring), which turns into a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 persons (lying area: 155 cm) can be converted.
A large flat-screen TV (46 "), a BlueRay DVD player and a radio CD Bluetooth compact system also leave nothing to be desired in terms of multimedia.
Also a pair of binoculars is available, so you can follow the hustle and bustle on the water in detail.
The approximately 20 square meter bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring double bed, dresser, wardrobe and another flat-screen TV.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Because the Baltic Sea shore is right in front of the house, you can enjoy a fantastic and unrestricted sea view. The soothing sound of the ocean just 20 meters away will gently lull you to sleep.
On the large south-facing balcony (100% south-facing) you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Even when the sun is not shining, it is difficult to retire from the balcony.
Linen packages (sheets and 2 towels per person) are included, as well as the use of a parking space in front of the house and Wi-Fi access.
During the time of your stay in our apartment you have a parking space on the parking deck directly in front of the house for free.
The pitches themselves are normally large, but the maneuvering space in front of the pitches is tight, so parking requires a bit of skill.
We recommend you to park backwards.
At the rear possibly attached bicycle carriers must be dismantled before parking.
If required, the bike carrier can be parked in our lockable basement compartment.
In the Sassnitz old town with its narrow streets, there is NO public parking, so we are glad to offer a parking space directly at the house!
At the harbor is a large, modern parking garage, which was rebuilt a few years ago.
In the immediate vicinity are also a bakery and several cafes and restaurants.
Baby cot and highchair are available free of charge if required. Please register your requirement in advance!

The online representation of the flat is inaccurate: there is no mention of the fact that the main bedroom is effectively a corridor without a door to the rest of the apartment. This means there is no privacy. The single bedroom is a tiny boxroom half the size of a normal room. An adult can easily touch both walls without having to stretch the arms. In the kitchen the sockets are mounted directly behind the cooker: this is dangerous. The kitchen is too crammed. The view from the balcony and the balcony are splendid
