The spacious lounge and dining area provides a welcoming place to relax, while the two double bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodation. The property also features two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
Step outside onto the sunny private terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine alfresco or simply sit back and admire the panoramic views.
The apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and the lounge, making it comfortable throughout the year.
The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from local bars and restaurants, while the beaches and wider amenities of Calahonda are approximately a 10-minute drive away.
Guests can enjoy access to the communal swimming pools, which are open all year round from 09:00 to 21:00.
Please note: Although this is a ground floor apartment, there are two flights of stairs to reach the front door and to access the swimming pools. This should be taken into consideration when booking.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.

We like the sea view. The beds are also perfect.
In the afternoon the sun is on the terrace. It is too hot to sit there. Shades or any form of sun screen is advisable.

The space is the same as the images on the website, very clean and with all conditions.
The pool area is great and with few people.
An added value is the restaurant a few meters from the accommodation.
I'll be back for sure!!
