About this apartment rental

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Beautiful fully renovated apartment situated on the Calahonda hills. Bright and modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, lovely lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to local bar and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the beach and amenities, a perfect choice for all. Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to the front door of this apartment, plus a slope and more stairs to get to the pools. The apartment is the ground floor apartment but is elevated so you cannot access the garden / pool from the terrace.



The property offers WIFI and internet enabled European television channels.



The pool is open all year around from 09:00-21:00.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.



There are no pets allowed in this property.



In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

From start to finish the process was great, the apartment was very modern inside, good pools for the kids, a great view over Calahonda and extremely clean. Just to provide a security check on all doors and windows.
