It is located in the heart of life in Orford, very close to Highway 10, Mont-Orford, the national park, Magog and local shops.
Come celebrate the seasons in this perfect 3-bedroom unit where the warmth of the decor and the space - which easily compares to that found in a house - will enchant you.

First, you will find on entering that you will never run out of space!
A large closet, a mudroom and a bathroom make up the entrance. You will also have access to a staircase leading to the basement.
On the left, on the same floor, will be the open area that includes the remarkably well-equipped kitchen, including a large island and a window large enough to admire the view of the woods and the river!
You can take advantage of this island for family breakfasts or après-ski aperitifs.
This room is also perfect for cooking in a group. It is open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace and flat screen TV.
The modular sofa is wide enough to accommodate all your guests!
You will have a good time watching movies or series with your loved ones, all enhanced by the warmth of the electric fireplace.
Further on, a terrace is fitted out for outdoor dining. It has its own patio heater for the cooler evenings in the fall.
You will find two good-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, including the master bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower. You will also have all the storage you need.
The basement will be the den for teens and adults alike, with a second living room featuring two sofas, a foosball table, a Murphy Bed to accommodate guests, a TV, a yoga room, a second full bathroom and a laundry room.
To top it off, this unit includes a locker in the basement to store skis, bikes and more. Want more?

This was a great family vacation, the only issue was paving of the parking lot that started at 7 am on Tuesday morning and lasted ALL week. This restricted traffic in and out of the condo.

Great unit for 3 couples, spacious and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. Great area to cycle in.

it was clean . The outside area was dirty, cushions were filthy. BBQ had not been cleaned and did not have adequate instructions to start it . Had to burn off for 30 minutes before we would use. most of the staples in the kitchen cupboard are past there expiry date.That was disappointing
