The space is large and friendly!
The open area includes the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Imagine yourself and your loved ones enjoying a good meal or, after a few ski descents or a hiking trail, meeting up around the island, preparing an aperitif and remembering the best moments of the day!
The living room can easily accommodate 8 people.
It is so well appointed that everyone will find their place and comfort there. You can spend long hours reading, enjoying the fireplace or watching your favorite movie, popcorn in hand.
Note the size of the windows that overlook a wooded area!
The dining room includes a built-in buffet that warms up the entire atmosphere of the room.
Here too, you will have fun meeting up with family or friends.
A small office area has been set up there for teleworking or last-minute network meetings!
As for the kitchen, it is a bit of a show stopper with its large quartz island, its black wood cabinets, its large pot drawers and its good-sized Butler's Pantry where you can store all your shopping!
It opens onto a covered terrace which you can enjoy, in season and even beyond, as there is a terrace heater there.
You will have 8 seats and a BBQ.
The unit has 3 bedrooms, all perfectly decorated in the outdoor theme; the guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a reading nook and a storage closet.
The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and a games or reading area. It will be ideal for children or visiting teenagers!
The third bedroom is the master suite. It has a king-size bed and its own bathroom with shower.
Another full bathroom, including washer/dryer, completes the layout of this spectacular unit.
You will have access to the entire accommodation.
A Finnish sauna is offered to you free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared between all residents staying in the building.
Also note two outdoor parking spaces.
The condo is located between the city of Magog and Mont-Orford.
The region offers a wide range of activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, biking, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.
Some visits to shops or activities can be done on foot, but it is preferable to have a car to get around Orford, Magog, Eastman.

Great location to ski Orford and many restaurants. The condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and it’s very clean and comfortable. We will love to come back.
