All-new as of 2022, this six-bedroom home comes fully furnished for modern living and boasts a convenient location just a short drive from the beach, lake access, golf, and downtown Garden City. The bright, two-level interior comes well-appointed with all the home essentials, including central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
Upper and lower level living rooms offer group comfort and flexible entertainment options, with plush sofas and a smart TV included in each space. The full kitchen comes equipped for group style meal prep with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. An attached breakfast bar and separate dining counter offer seating for up to five, while the formal dining table sets the stage for family dinners with seating for eight. The furnished and covered front porch makes an ideal perch for morning coffee.
Each floor features a three-bedroom layout. The main-floor primary includes a private en suite and a walk-in closet. A full bathroom is shared between the other two main-floor guest rooms. A custom bunk room on the lower level is the perfect option for younger guests and one of the other lower-level guest rooms features a walk-in closet complete with recliner seating. A full, shared bathroom is available for lower-level household use. All six bedrooms include their own smart TVs for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We did have so much fun staying at this house. There were lots of toys and pretend kitchen stuff for the kids to play. The bunk room was very large with lots of room. We could have had more kids there than we had. Everyone had lots of space. We loved the jacuzzi and the kitchen and family room were big enough for our group to all be in at once and have dinner and visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Super close to the lake and the views out of the back windows of the mountains are gorgeous!! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of bedding for extras. Clean quiet neighborhood! Lots of parking and grassy backyard.

Beautiful home with lots of extras! It is super close to the lake with gorgeous views of the mountains behind. Everyone of our family enjoyed the stay! We were doing a family reunion.

New and clean but not well constructed. Garage door broke in the middle of our stay. No door in the toilet room of the master bath (the door had been removed). Hot tub water was green. There’s a grill in the garage with instructions, but you are not allowed to use it. Dining area is small for big groups.
