The kitchen and main dining room look out on to the glorious rear garden. With electric cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all your basic cooking needs covered you can absolutely make yourself right at home. There is a generous dining table for 10 in the kitchen area and a dining table for 6 in the lounge.
LOUNGE
The lounge room is spacious with leather lounge seating for 10, a TV and a video/DVD player. The perfect place to gather with family or friends and enjoy quality time together.

Ducted heating/cooling at Clarence House will keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

The house is large, plenty of room. quiet spot and an easy walk to town. Everything you will need is in the kitchen, it's great. Air con worked well The house is generally clean, it could do with a proper going over. Doors on the outside were dirty, very dusty walls. walls. . Shower was pretty weak. TV is around 20! years old a few things would make it better

We loved our stay and the house was well maintained. Equipped with everything we needed. Close to parks and walking trails.. hopefully we will visit again..

You will feel like you are staying in Nanas house. Its a very clean tidy and comfortable property
Really it is due for an update
No Wifi and No Smart TV the Phone service is poor with slow data, its no longer 1985
Very dark inside, due to paint colours, drapes and external gardens
