Very clean. Love the decor. Bathroom really tiny especially where the toilet is. If you are a really large person you won’t fit. The master bedroom was really hot. House only has window unit in living room Steps are steep going up to front door. Parking in back. Not the best set up.

Access is a big problem for this property the only entrance is in the front but you can’t park in the front you have to park in the rear and then walk down this steep narrow unlit gravel path to get to the front of the house
Air conditioner is one window unit in front room No central air this unit was not sufficient to cool the whole place during our visit in July ceiling fans would help this problem
Police showed up late night to deal with neighbors arguing and yelling at each other across the street
Shower and area for toilet is very small
Owner is very quick to respond and helpful
