About this apartment rental
Nestled in the Northern Black Hills, this cozy condo offers two bedrooms, two baths, and a patio with views overlooking the historic town of Lead. Close to South Dakota's stunning attractions like Spearfish Canyon, Sturgis, and Deadwood, as well as waterfalls, lakes, and endless outdoor adventures! Indulge in the rustic charm of the wild west with our fully furnished space, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families. Enjoy the ultimate getaway experience!
BEDROOM 1: Includes a King bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. It is situated right off the living room and accessible to the full bathroom. Includes a TV.
BEDROOM 2: Includes a King bed and large walk-in closet with a twin air mattress available for use. Situated right off the living room on the opposite side of the condo as the other bedroom. Includes a TV.
LIVING ROOM: Sitting area with a full size couch, chair and fireplace. Open concept to the kitchen and sitting area. There is a 55" television with high speed internet where you can have access to all your favorite streaming services.
KITCHEN + DINING: Fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar.
2 FULL BATHROOMs: Two bathroom in the condo and all amenities re included - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.
LAUNDRY: There is a shared washer and dryer located on the second floor. It is coin operated. Complementary laundry soap is located in the closet of the condo.
PATIO: You have your own private balcony. From here you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the historic town of Lead, hills, sunsets, and even deer and wildlife at times.
PARKING: There is only one designated spot for parking. However, if you need additional parking there is a larger parking lot up the hill behind the condo. However, it can be difficult to access with a trailer. There is a local grocery store that allows guests to park trailers or larger vehicles as well just 2 blocks down the road.

Early or Late Check-in?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have between guests to clean and prepare the home. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you.
We do not allow late check-out as our cleaners again need ample time to prepare for the next guests.
Other things to note
Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE on covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use.
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am
You will have access to the entire condo
We are available via the booking platform if any issues or questions may arise.
NO Smoking and NO Pets are allowed.
Coin operated laundry available down the hall - complementary laundry soap in condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well-appointed. It is on the second floor and there is no elevator. It only has a window air conditioner in the living room, so when it's warm, it's hard to cool it down. The fans helped out! The owner has great communication.
