Step out onto the deck just off the living room to enjoy stunning views of the Black Hills. It’s the ideal spot to relax, watch for wildlife, or savor your morning coffee.
Main Level Highlights
Living Space: The open-concept main level includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and patio doors framing breathtaking mountain views. The breakfast bar seats 4.
Outdoor Living Space: Step onto the front deck directly from the main living area, where you’ll find a small patio table and 2 chairs.
Laundry Room: Conveniently located in the bathroom and equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Such a great experience! The rental was clean, with new floors, comfy furniture and a well stocked kitchen that made cooking at home super convenient. It was high enough in the mountains for beautiful views, peaceful sunrises and nature sightings, but close enough to walk to the grocery store, etc. We hope to come back in the future!

The property was overall clean and worked for what we needed and we would stay here again. The doors, especially the bathroom door, need the hinges greased. It made a horrendous squeak when opening and closing. The description didn't detail that the property was on a steep hill and the neighborhood was very winding to navigate through. We ride motorcycles and was hoping to bring a trailer, which the property does not allow (this was not apparent in the original listing). Luckily we were in the area a month prior during the rally and determined we wouldn't even be able to get a trailer up to the property comfortably.

This was a well kept property, in a quiet location. Checking in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

There were 2 areas of concern.
1. Stairs to entry were steep and narrow. Getting our belongings in made us nervous. So on departure I purchased a rope and lowered our belongings down over the front deck porch. Note: I am 79 and my wife is 70.
2. Bed and living room furniture were not comfortable.
I would recommend this VRBO but warn about the 1 & 2.
