Hamilton Cay Reserve is located in the Bermuda Bay community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Village Beach Club
Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 8 miles from Hamilton Cay Reserve.
This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Also new for 2026 is Gather, a coastal restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.
Access to the pool and beach is free. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
Westside Athletic Club Family Pass Included for FREE with Your Stay!
Complimentary access to Westside Athletic Club fitness center, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. Classes and lessons are available for an additional fee. Family pass includes all 6 guests! Fitness Center is open all year round. Pool is open from Monday-Friday 6am-7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use the pool on check-in day as we prepare for your arrival.

The condo was nice, in a good location and as advertised. However, we arrived and had no power to our refrigerator. A work order was requested and we were notified that someone would be out to check on the issue. We went to dinner, came home and still nothing from the repair order. We were able to find that other outlets did have power so we went to Target, purchased an extension cord and ran that to a nearby outlet so we would have refrigeration overnight. Not until almost lunchtime the next day did someone show up to fix the issue. NOT acceptable in my opinion!

Beautiful condo! It’s literally brand new. It was immaculate when we got there. The furniture was great, appliances were brand new, and it was nice and quiet. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this subdivision. Stayed in the townhouses twice before. We’re definitely coming back to the condos. I really liked having everyone on one floor. The place just felt more open.
