Panoramic river and mountain views await you at this riverfront home on 1.5 acres just off of US Highway 89 South. It’s located just 3 miles from Yellowstone Hot Springs and 10 minutes to Yellowstone Park’s north entrance in Gardiner, Montana, where you will find shops, restaurants, rafting, horseback riding, and fishing activities.
The four bedrooms include an upstairs king bed and a luxury queen sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, two upstairs queen bedrooms, one with a south facing balcony, and a downstairs queen bedroom. The living room has a queen and two full sleeper sofas, accommodating 16 total guests.
The home includes a full Kitchen with full-size appliances, and smaller cookware including Ninja a coffee maker with pod options, rice cooker, and crockpot, toaster, numerous “gadgets,” lot of bakeware, and dinnerware and flatware with service for 16 people.
Bathroom options include downstairs full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an upstairs bathroom with a soaking tub/shower combo, with both bathrooms accessible from common areas.
Wireless WiFi and Smart TVs include the DirecTV XTRA Premium satellite TV package with over 185 channels of programming, available through Samsung Smart TVs, including 75” living room, 55” master bedroom, and 65” downstairs queen bedroom units.
All standard amenities are included, including coffee, teas, sugar and creamers, linens, towels, bath amenities, paper products, and resort towels for visits to Yellowstone Hot Springs.
Outside you will find a large patio with 4 gas BBQ grills, tables and chairs on a large patio, three scenic decks. The property is shared with a Queen Studio Apartment on the south end, and a King Studio Apartment on the north end, each with their own entrance. Common areas include an L-shaped patio on the river and south sides, and three separate wooden decks, two covered with gazebos, along with walking space on the 1.5 acres between Highway 89 and the Yellowstone River.

For the most part good but not happy with it saying fireplace is an amenities but they dont want you to use it
