About this cabin rental
The Sportsman Cabin is a great place to rest and relax after a day filled with outdoor recreational activity! Only 15 miles from West Yellowstone and 5 miles from Henry's Lake. Plenty of year round opportunities to enjoy all the beauty that surrounds this area. Summertime is rich with hiking, fishing, horseback riding and interesting sights to see! Wintertime is one of the best places in the country for snowmobiling on Two Top, snowshoeing, skiing and ice fishing! So many activities, only minutes away. When it's time to relax, your "home" away from home has everything you will need! The upper level combines your living room, dining room and kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone to gather together, visit, play games, watch TV, prepare a meal and share a meal! The kitchen is fully stocked! The open floor plan creates an atmosphere where everyone can feel a part of whatever is going on! Relax by the fireplace as the Buffalo keeps an eye on everyone! Or simply look out the many windows and enjoy the ambience of friends and family connecting. The second level offers small seating areas for individual reflection or more private conversations. It also includes a bathroom, with a shower. Two bedrooms that sleep 4 in each room ( two queen size beds in each room). The lower level has two large rooms. The first room as you come down the stairs has a queen size bed, bunk bed and a TV. There's a vanity and sink in the room and toilet and tub just outside of it. The second room has 2 queen beds and 4 twin size and a TV. Same set up for the bathroom. There is a back door on this level. Out on the deck enjoy listening to the birds, watching the sunset and of course you can do all that from the hot tub! Or maybe give your main cook a break from the kitchen and cook something out on the grill! There's so much to see and do here! We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible!

Great location for flyfishing Henry's Fork, Henry's Lake, Madison River, Quake Lake, and Yellowstone Park. Cabin is set up well for fishermen with places just inside the door for boots, waders, vests, fly rods, etc.Extras like hot tub, BBQs, TVs in bedrooms and common area, good WiFi, and multiple refrigerators.Some construction across the street, but no noise or issues that impacted us.Host responded promptly and was very helpful, quickly resolving a WiFi glitch.Second stay here and we would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing and facility was top notch. Only thing that bothered us was the number of bathrooms and the plumbing system for basement bathrooms .. due to the basement nature the water draining on sink and bathrooms are super slow and tests our patience..

Cabin was great and was at an awesome location. Just around the corner from a grocery store and gas station and about 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. We loved having the hot tub for the end of the day, and the awesome loft/hangout area. Wish we would’ve had more time at the cabin (we were off visiting Yellowstone) but next time we’ll definitely visit again and include more time to just relax and hang out!

Every year we pick a different spot to reconnect with family, you know how it is when they grow up and have families of their own. This year we wanted to spend some time on Yellowstone, some of the grandkids and great grandkids hadn't been. So we looked up available properties and yours looked to be what we wanted, and it was. It was perfect for all of us, when you range in age from 68 down to 4 months, sometimes it's hard to find a place where everyone can have a great time . We truly enjoyed the cabin , and its proximity to so many adventures, thank you for having us, I'll be recommending you to others. Fun in Island Park is good
