On the second floor you will find your large open concept living room / kitchen / dining room, as well as one bedroom. Show off your expert cooking skills in the very well-equipped kitchen for your entire family to enjoy. Claim your throne during an intense game of UNO in the comfortable living room or enjoy watching your favorite movies on the large TV. The secondary living area is located on the 1st floor and offers peace and quiet from your busy day in the warm sun. Imagine waking up with your favorite morning beverage and sitting on one of your four balconies enjoying the views of both the glistening ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway.
Accommodating up to 9 guests this home will ensure everyone is well rested for the day ahead. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a twin / queen bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 also located on the 1st floor and offer a queen bed, TV, and a shared jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Outdoors you will find many sitting areas ideal for family meals or reading your go-to book. The enclosed outdoor shower will make it easy to wash all the sand, and salty ocean water off. Enjoy your very own private pool, great for a late-night swim, or sunbathing. This home is sure to become your vacation destination. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

If you are looking for a nice clean, quiet vacation house, this is the spot. Had everything we needed. Pool was great and dogs loved the fenced in yard. Ocean three-minute walk. Would rent again in a heartbeat!!

When I first walked into the property I was blown away by the beauty of the location and the property, and the trip continued to get better from there! The proximity to the beach was amazing, and it just seemed like our hosts thought of everything. We had an absolute blast, and we will be going back for sure!

We got their at designated time and they were still cleaning, it was a rushed job because I drove by 2 hours earlier
