This is a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is located SE of Sanford Stadium, about 3 miles away. It is east of the softball and track fields, about 2 miles away. We stayed here to be able to uber to a sporting event since parking is very limited at these complexes. Using uber was very easy and affordable.

Great spot, nice rooms and very considerate all the coffee made available! The garden was lovely with screens in good condition so the porch was perfect for sitting. Hellen was an excellent host and very quick to reply.Thanks for the great stay!

Rental was nice and clean and very comfortable…only downside is that I don’t remember it being made clear from the jump that this was a basement apt and not actually a whole house. I feel like the description was a little misleading other than that. Rental is in a good location close to plenty of shopping and food. Parking was perfect as well
