At the entrance to the Ötztal valley lies the village of Ötz, which gave the valley its name. The holiday home is located in Ötzerau, about 2 km above the cosy village of Ötz. It is a working farm, so you have the opportunity to enjoy fresh products directly from the farmer. The apartment for up to six people extends over the 1st and 2nd floor. There are two bedrooms are on the 1st floor and kitchen, living room, and another bedroom on the 2nd floor. The landlords are very child-friendly! Laundry service is also available upon request. From your accommodation, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, which is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in summer. In winter, skiers meet in the Hochoetz ski area with 27 km of slopes. This is ideal for families and beginners. Snowboarders are sure to get their money's worth in the fun park at the Bielefelder Hütte. Enjoy undiminished skiing fun with the "Super Ski Pass" for the ski areas Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden. A total of 220 km of slopes and 60 modern lifts are included in this ski pass. The ski bus stops close to the house. Fun Park AREA 47, which is located at the entrance to the Ötztal, is just the thing for those seeking action!
