You’ll have two convenient, assigned parking spaces, and an efficient elevator will take you to this 4th-floor oasis. Once inside, you’ll be stunned by the open living space and the large glass doors that frame the Gulf of Mexico views. In the LIVING AREA, a dove gray sectional sofa and an armchair surround the large HDTV. But you might find that you spend all of your time on the covered balcony, where the gentle sea breezes and sounds of the ocean tides are endlessly relaxing.
Back inside, the DINING SPACE has seating for six, is illuminated by a chic chandelier, and is entirely open into the KITCHEN. Crisp, classic white cabinets surround the stainless steel appliances, which include an electric range, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There’s plenty of space to prepare banana pancakes for your crew before you hit the beach or blend frozen margaritas for happy hour cocktails.
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located just off the living area and features a luxurious king-size bed, access to the gulf-front balcony, and a sizeable EN-SUITE BATHROOM with a step-in shower. The GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed plus a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed. Another FULL BATHROOM has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo surrounded by classic subway tiles, and a LAUNDRY NOOK with a stacked washer and dryer is accessible from the hallway.

Beautiful location! Great staff! Would stay again! Blinds in kids room have been cut and people can see through them from the outside. Not good. No hot water in bathroom sinks.

This was our 6th time staying at High Pointe resort. The condo was gorgeous and as advertised. Clean and well stocked. However this was the first time we have stayed here and were not able to use the resort property until after we gained access to our condo. We have always been able to gain access to the property/pool/beach prior to our condo being ready. We couldn’t even park our car inside the gates. We arrived at 10:30am and couldn’t gain access until 3:30pm when our condo was ready. This was incredibly inconvenient for our family after a long road trip. Most resorts allow access to the property prior to room/condo being ready. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. We love High Pointe!

The condo and its location is perfect! Beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Our family felt very comfortable in this spacious condo. Loved the bike and chair rentals that were included. We wished we could have stayed longer!
