These are the same mattresses that the Fairmont uses. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is a dream!
Located on stunning Seacrest Beach, and bordering Rosemary Beach, High Pointe Resort offers vacationers an upscale, beachfront experience showcasing the white sands and emerald waters of Florida’s scenic highway 30-A. With its location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, fine restaurants and shopping are but a few minutes walk away.
Our sprawling, gated resort offers vacationers an abundance of amenities reserved exclusively for our guests, including a 6,000-square-foot blue lagoon pool with 6 waterfalls, over-sized pool deck with loungers and umbrellas, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, private beach boardwalk, a children's playground, tennis and dedicated pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, seasonal Gulf-side bar and grill, and much more. High Pointe’s private beachfront access is available only to guests of the resort which provides plenty of room on the beach to spread out and enjoy the sights and sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit (26W) is a second floor, beachfront, 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner unit. Watch the waves roll in as you enjoy your morning coffee from our wrap-around balcony. Sip an afternoon cocktail as you take in the sunset. Our beach home is tastefully furnished with two rooms offering king beds, and a third room offering 2 full beds. We have had a wonderful time. The view was absolutely amazing. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee while watching the waves was so peaceful. Sunset on the porch was equally beautiful.The unit is fantastic. The host thought of all the details needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a great meal. The location is also perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and only needed to get in the car a few times.Thanks so much

This lovely beachfront condo was immaculate and just as pictured. We were on a girls' trip and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds super comfy. The view was amazing and our host Carolyn responded almost immediately to any questions. The only suggestion we had was to make sure there are Kleenex boxes in the condo (easy fix) and though the VRBO listing stated free beach chair set up daily, we did not realize that was just for two chairs and one umbrella and we still had to rent another set of chairs and umbrella which was not inexpensive. But overall it was a truly wonderful, relaxing vacation. Just looking at the color of the water was fabulous! Carolyn, keep blessing people with your lovely home and Southern hospitality! I hope we get to come back again soon.

Beautiful unit with plenty of space for our family. The large oceanfront balcony was the perfect place to watch sunsets. The included beach chairs were a big bonus. Location is steps away from Rosemary and all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo on second floor with fantastic sunset views. Close walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended.
