The property is located on the 2nd Floor of a traditional walk-up and consists of 3Bedrooms/3Bathrooms capable of comfortably sleeping 10! Perfectly located across from tourist hotspot "Eastern State Penitentiary" and just a short walk to numerous restaurants/cafes/bars/Penn Hospital/University of Penn/Drexel! 3x private balconies! Great option for traveling business partners, groups, and/or family getaways.
Amazing home that offers everything you need for your comfort and relaxation. The property is located on the 2nd Floor of a traditional walk-up and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a modern open concept entertainment space and 3 walk-out decks one for each bedroom on the 2nd floor, and another off the 3rd floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal after a busy day in the city!

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Fairmount neighborhood), the location can't be beat as you're just a short walk to tourist and business attractions (University of Penn, Philadelphia Museum of art, University of Penn Hospital, Barnes foundation, Franklin Field, Center City, ETC! ). Tourist hotspot "Eastern State Penitentiary" is directly across the street! There's always something going on as festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may want are close by. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood street with adequate free parking directly out the front door and on the surrounding streets. This place is a real gem!

Great location with good bars and restaurants a short walk away. Easy walk to the art museum and enjoyable just slightly longer but easy walk into downtown for independence hall, reading market, etc. Home was clean and exactly as advertised on the site, with more than enough room for our group of three. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice property centrally located. House was exactly as described and had all the amenities we need for our weekend. It was a group of 8 adults and the house was large enough and very comfortable. We got lucky with street parking outside but there is a convenient parking lot a block away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Very vibrant active neighborhood. Definitely recommend for stay near Fairmount Park and convenient to center city

Myself and my family stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay . The house was in a great location for our needs. There was plenty of space, bathrooms and rooms to make everyone very comfortable. Host was exceptionally communicative throughout the whole process . I highly recommend this location.
