This adorable 3rd row, ocean view condo is a moment’s walk to the beach and a stone’s throw to the fabulous Garden City pier where you can enjoy a bit of night fishing or live entertainment. Family fun abounds with arcades, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. The screened-in balcony overlooks the marsh and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while the herons play or to unwind with a glass of wine while the sun sets.
This rental boasts all the amenities of home with a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, beach towels, and board games for your enjoyment. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This was our second time staying in this condo! It is truly amazing! The space is perfect! The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials, the living room furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms though small are all you need and perfect for a family! The screened in porch overlooking the marsh is lovely! It is a quick 1block walk to the beach, and we loved being able to go to the arcade, restaurants, and mini grocery without having to get in the car! The pool and hot tub are great as well! Not to mention the in unit washer and dryer is such a plus! If you wonder where to stay in surfside it’s here. The only thing to note is there is no elevator BUT this unit is on the first floor so not too bad! I also loved parking the car under the building as it was always shaded! 5star must stay!
