About this apartment rental
Brand new modern studio apartment in the ever popular Mesa Del Sol neighborhood. Features AC, balcony with amazing views, close to Netflix. Feel right at home with a full kitchen and dedicated work desk. The community pool is open for the hot summer months.

Ring doorbell camera for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
Commercial vehicles, RVs trucks and vans exceeding 22 feet in length and trailers may not be parked overnight in the public streets unless a special exemption is obtained from the HOA Board of Directors. Application for such a temporary exemption should be made in writing through the HOA Management Company. For owners of RVs, trailers and other such equipment, the special exemption may be granted for periodic use (such as loading and unloading an RV), with each such parking event not to exceed 36 hours.
Must Climb Stairs - this is located on 2nd floor
Noise: this home is in a brand new neighborhood, there are new homes being built near by. You may hear construction noise during the day.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: free street parking. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully appointed with great amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. One of our favorite features was the abundance of light—both natural and artificial. A wonderful bonus was the community pool nestled in a lush, green park surrounded by tall trees. It was peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect place to unwind. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had—highly recommended!

Super cool little casita. We enjoyed staying here and exploring the neighborhood. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for concerts.
