Walk to cafés, restaurants, breweries, and shops, or explore nearby trails along the Rio Grande and Sandia Foothills. Groceries and gyms are minutes away, with a co-op and Smith’s within walking distance. Private entrances, fenced backyard, and on-street parking included. Pets welcome with approval. No House guests without prior approval from host.
