Well appointed modern townhome in a wonderful central location in Holladay. Fully renovated in 2021, this 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom home features an open floorplan upstairs. Easy access to the I-215 loop freeway and 30 minutes from the best Skiing in Utah. Take your pick between Park City/Canyons, Snowbird/Alta or Brighton & Solitude. 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport.

Had a fantastic stay and the location was absolutely perfect for us. We needed a quiet, clean place that was nearby our relatives. We were able to easily accommodate friends who were coming in from out of town to help us out. The house was also well set up for working remotely, which we were able to do throughout our stay. Luke was also easily reachable when we had questions.

We had a great long term stay in this comfortable property. It was in great condition. Everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated a kitchen that had what we needed to cook some nice meals. Even the knives were sharp.
