This modern and bright townhome is located just a short drive from

community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over
300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki

seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal
gym, multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.
Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
$20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are

Great location for visiting the parks. Emerald Island is a lovely area we have stayed in many pool homes before. This was first time in a town home. Property was excellent, exactly how it was described and pictures true of property. Plenty of space for large groups(we were only 2). only couple of minutes walk to club house pool. Would hesitate in booking again.
