This beautiful 4 Bedroom Villa is located on Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Emerald Island is a private gated community located in a conservation area. This community offers a clubhouse with sauna, fitness center, games arcade, Internet café, Free WIFI around the pool area, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddies play areas, and much more. From here, you are only a few minutes away from the Orlando theme parks and world-class shopping. This lovely vacation home features a games room and private pool, spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, king bedroom with ensuite, queen bedroom with ensuite, and two twin bedrooms.
THE VILLA: Villa Encanto is a beautifully decorated home in an excellent location. This home is spacious and very well furnished. It boasts a private pool and outdoor dining set as well as a games room. Not to mention it is on Emerald Island, a much sought-after destination for visitors to Orlando.
POOL/CLUBHOUSE: This villa has its own private pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, patio, and outdoor dining set. Guests also have full access to Emerald Island Resort, a lovely little oasis which offers a clubhouse with sauna, fitness center, games arcade, Internet café, Free WIFI around the pool area, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddies play areas, and much more.
LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. You can kick back into the comfortable leather couches and take a nap or enjoy a delightful book. This contemporary living room has stylish leather sofas to relax on while enjoying the big screen TV and DVD/Blue-ray player.
FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary living room has stylish leather sofas to relax on while enjoying the big screen TV and DVD/Blue-ray player.
KITCHEN: This kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your self-catered holiday, including a fridge and freezer, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, and more.
DINING ROOM: Whether you have cooked your own meals or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here, in the stylishly furnished dining room. Or head over to the quiet breakfast nook for a more casual setting.
GAMES ROOM: Private Games Room is in the garage; includes a pool table and foosball.
MASTER SUITE 1: A beautifully furnished bedroom with King size bed, ensuite, TV, and crib.
QUEEN BEDROOM 2: Excellently furnished and decorated bedroom with Queen-size bed, ensuite, TV, and large dresser.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: This laundry room includes an automatic washing machine and separate dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation. An initial set of fresh linens and towels are provided.
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT AMENITIES: Open from 8AM to 10PM, the clubhouse includes guest services, sauna and gym, our main pool, spa, and the Tiki Bar. They offer a business center with an available printer and meeting rooms.
Located poolside at the Clubhouse, the Tiki Bar is open daily from 11am to 10pm, hot foods and snacks, cold beer, wine-based liquors, and wine.
Live music and karaoke frequently.
The heated pool and spa are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Located right next to the Tiki Bar should you get hungry or thirsty.
Recently renovated, the dry sauna is the perfect thing after a long day walking or playing. Warm those sore muscles.
Beautifully situated near the main gate, the volleyball court waits for you and your friends and family to play!

Due to a data entry error it took over an hour and a half to get the correct door code. The pool was green — looked like it needed vacuuming. They did send a guy who cleared up most of the green color but it was not perfect. However, the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect! Quiet beautiful neighborhood! Very peaceful! Gorgeous resort. We will gladly stay again! Would recommend!

Pros: 1. basically clean enough but as many short term rental properties the cleaners really do need to look up. Almost every property we have rented ( typically 3-4 per year) has ceiling fans and rarely are they without dust and cobwebs 2. Comfortable bed in master ( just us so didn't use the others) Cons: 1. Asked three times for pool heating, told we would be invoiced but this never came. This begs the question as to whether or not it's working that they wouldn't be interested in a month of fees for this. 2. There are definitely kitchen basics to get you through a shorter term but for those staying for a month or longer you're limited to cooking options. 3. Limited number of well worn towels considering that the property sleeps 8. 4. The one Living room couch is definitely pasted it's 'best before date'
