Our home is located in the prestigious Club Sevilla IV, a prime location very close to the MET and just 300 meters from the beach. This location allows you to enjoy both the proximity to the sea and the club’s amenities and activities (equestrian center, golf course, sports facilities, soccer, and paddle tennis)...

Rooms: The house has three spacious bedrooms, designed to offer maximum comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds, spacious closets, and cozy decor. Ceiling fans and smart radiators.
In addition, all bedrooms have large double-glazed casement windows with mosquito screens and electric blinds.
Bathrooms: The house has two full, modern, and functional bathrooms, equipped with showers and all necessary amenities. One has a bathtub, and the other has a shower stall with a shower screen.
Open-Concept Kitchen
The open-concept kitchen is a bright, open space, fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also comes with kitchen utensils, tableware, a capsule coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
