Located in Ribeira Grande, in the center of the island, Pascoal House offers a spacious 300 m² holiday home, accommodating up to 10 guests. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The property offers step-free indoor access and convenient self check-in, as well as a private gym. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, and heaters available during the winter months. The house uses efficient lighting and includes shared gym equipment. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace, and an open terrace, ideal for relaxing. The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!
