Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, swing stages and occasional access restrictions during this time. Portions of the outdoor pool area may be temporarily closed for safety; however, the indoor pool and hot tub are expected to remain open.**

Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The view from this condo was excellent! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The location was close to plenty of great restaurants and activities.We thought the king bed was hard and drove to Walmart and bought a foam topper to make it more comfortable.

the room was great. it was clean, the views were great, and overall a nice property for me and my family. the only issue that we had was that on the day of check in, we had arrived early and received our code to our room around 3pm (keeping in mind that they did clarify that the room may not be ready until 4pm). at 350 pm, we went to check to see if the room was ready and noticed that the room had not been cleaned. we contacted the host and was able to get the room cleaned, but was not able to be into our room until close to 6pm. while it was a major inconvenience after traveling 10 hours with young kids, the host was quick to respond and was easy to get ahold of!
