About this house rental
Marco Island is one of the world’s finest vacation destinations, and this home is in one of the Island’s finest vacation homes. It is 2,300 square feet and sleeps eight with three king beds, two twins and 3 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
This property not only has the perfect inside and outside, but the location is unbeatable. It is just 600 short steps from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast. If you’re in the mood for dinner and a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with movie theaters, boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
When you’re not exploring the island, stay home and enjoy the resort style amenities of your lanai. Swim in the private heated pool. Luxuriate on the couches while watching your favorite show on the outdoor television or listening to your music through the outdoor speakers. Sip a cool beverage while sunbathing on the lounge chairs while the family barbeque chef uses the top of the line gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then play a game of ping pong or cornhole to determine who will do the dishes.
The bright kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances including a wine cooler and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip on the lanai as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.

It was a nice home. Unfortunately, we did not get to use it as a vacation as we were having work done to our home on Marco. Only thing that could have been better was the master bedroom bed linens should have been clean better. There were stains from another renter. Aside from that it was a lovely house.

This definitely was a 5 star property. Very clean with high end finishes. It was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and many good restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

We had such a great stay here for our fall break! The house was beautiful and had every amenity you could think of — it truly felt like home. The location was amazing — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and even putt-putt golf. There was always something fun to do, but also plenty of space to just relax and unwind.The pool heater wasn’t working for the first couple of days, but the property company handled it right away and got it fixed quickly. The only small thing I’d change is the indoor lighting — it’s a little cool-toned, which made it feel a bit less cozy (just something I noticed being a designer!). Otherwise, everything was perfect — we’d absolutely stay here again!

The house is in a great area, close to the beach. The pictures of the house look great however it isn't as nice as it looks. The rugs throughout home are dirty and worn, and we wouldn't walk barefoot in the house. The pillows on the sofa are dirty as well. The outdoor pillows are moldy and untouchable, idk why they keep them? The washer is full of mold and stinks. The master bath has a duel shower but only one actually works. The light switch is broken in guest bedroom. Just overall the house does not seem well-maintained.There is a beeping sound in garage that you can hear inside (prob a battery?)
