About this house rental
Escape to the stunning beaches and laid-back charm of Marco Island with a stay at this modern, coastal-inspired 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom lush property. Located just minutes from the beach, this vacation rental offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal retreat.
BEDROOMS:
Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this spacious retreat offers ample room for families and friends to relax and unwind.
Master Bedroom: The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV and its' own access to the lanai. A private, luxurious en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
Bedroom #2 has two queen size beds along with TV and its own half bathroom.
Bedroom #3 offers king size bed along with walk-in closet and TV.
Bedroom #4 is appointed with a queen size bed.
INTERIOR:
Spacious Living Area: The open-concept living room is bright and airy, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that lead to the patio.
A bonus seating area provides additional space for relation after a day full of fun.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up your favorite meals in the modern kitchen, which includes brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
A separate dining room area adds additional space to enjoy all your meals with family and friends.
OUTSIDE:
Private Pool & Lanai: Outside, a private oasis awaits. Lounge by the sparkling lap pool with waterfall, sip cocktails on the sun-drenched patio, or fire up the grill for a barbecue under the stars. With lush landscaping and serene surroundings, it's the ideal setting for enjoying the balmy Florida weather.
Landscaped Yard: The property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants, providing privacy and a serene atmosphere.
The house comes stocked with all the beach necessities- 7 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach cart, 2 coolers and plenty of towels to take along. We also provide 4 adult bikes along with helmets. Plenty of water toys are provided as well.
LOCATION:
Located in one of the most desirable locations on the island- under 10 min walk to Winterberry Beach access or 0.5 mile walk to South Beach access, 5 min walk to Marco Golf and Garden and Marco Walk Plaza (Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Davinci's, ice cream shops and the only movie theater on the island).
Mackle park is 1.4 miles away or just a short 10 min bike ride. Publix is 2 miles from the property.
Lots of local recommendations are available as well. We welcome children of any age, thus have all the necessities, such as pack-n-play, high chair, kids utensils and pool toys

House was clean and nicely appointed! Everything you need to enjoy your stay from pool toys to bikes to beach chairs. And plenty of pool towels which is rare at rentals! Even had a crock pot in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again! Also walked everywhere! VERY close to restaurants n shops and beach access. Host was wonderful!!!

The house was great. Completely stocked with anything you may need. It is a beautiful home. The host was great to work with and responded very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again.

Host was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Great home for extended family vacations, especially with young children. House was stocked with all of the latest baby equipment. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended !

Loved this house. Had all we needed for beach and cooking. Plenty of chairs towels and once we figured out the short cut the beach was only 8 mins away. Host checked on us and fixed the waterfall issue same day.
