The home has an open and spacious floor plan. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the heated pool/spa. The pool and lanai are covered by a screened enclosure.
The living room and dining room open to the lanai, and the lanai has a Weber gas grill and flat screen TV. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the public access at the beach! The home is fully furnished with beach gear with a beach cart.
The home has central air, linens, washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, and high-speed internet for video streaming.
The location is only minutes away from some great places to dine including Sunset Grill (amazing sunsets!), Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Nacho Mama, Salty Dog, Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano, La Tavola Restaurant & Bar, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's, Fin Bistro, Snook Inn and many more. We've been to Marco before and this was our favorite place. The house is beautiful and the amenities are amazing and so thoughtful! We absolutely loved our stay! The beach walk is super short and we enjoyed seeing the owls and curly tailed lizards on our little stroll up to the water.

Beautiful home with perfect South Beach location and helpful owners! Took 6 minutes on foot to reach the beach and the Sunset Grill, and running around the entire island in a golf cart was a huge thrill for everyone in our group.
