Cozy four bedroom home welcomes your stay.
Central house offers plenty of room for 8 guests. The spacious living and dining room is a perfect space to gather with family and friends. Cooking out on the patio grill is a great way to enjoy the quiet fenced back yard.
Central House is within walking distance of downtown Bluffton, located 3 blocks from the hospital! Enjoy a short walk to the local coffee shop, brewery and downtown boutiques. River Greenway trail is a few blocks away following the beautiful Wabash River.

This home is furnished with one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. An office is provided on the second floor for those in need of a quiet work space. Whether business or pleasure you are sure to have a comfortable stay.

You will enjoy full access to this home including a large laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Other things to note
The driveway to the parking area, which accommodates 2 cars, is shared with the neighbor on the east side. Please do not park in the driveway or block access to the garage east of this property. Street parking is also available.

If I could give 12 stars, I would! This house was exquisite...beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and had all the amenities you could possibly need. There is such ample space everywhere and a beautiful front porch and a charming back patio with a gas grill. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. Thank you for such a fantastic stay and experience!!
