Cozy four bedroom home welcomes your stay.

Central house offers plenty of room for 8 guests. The spacious living and dining room is a perfect space to gather with family and friends. Cooking out on the patio grill is a great way to enjoy the quiet fenced back yard.

Central House is within walking distance of downtown Bluffton, located 3 blocks from the hospital! Enjoy a short walk to the local coffee shop, brewery and downtown boutiques. River Greenway trail is a few blocks away following the beautiful Wabash River.
The space
This home is furnished with one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. An office is provided on the second floor for those in need of a quiet work space. Whether business or pleasure you are sure to have a comfortable stay.

Other things to note

If I could give 12 stars, I would! This house was exquisite...beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and had all the amenities you could possibly need. There is such ample space everywhere and a beautiful front porch and a charming back patio with a gas grill. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. Thank you for such a fantastic stay and experience!!

Great home close to downtown Bluffton. House was well maintained that allowed for a relaxing time to visit with family. Enjoyed the evening on the porch just soaking in the quiet surroundings. When back in Bluffton, will look for a stay here before looking at one of the hotels in town.

This house is a great option if you are looking to stay in Bluffton. It's a spacious and nicely decorated home that accommodated our whole family (young children to adults). The host, Michelle was very accommodating. We always look forward to staying in this house when we visit the Bluffton area.

My wife and I decided to make our usual Bluffton visit a longer stay this Spring. The town and property is the perfect place for other out-of-town family to join us. We enjoyed the home's open layout, roominess, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, tasteful decor and newer appliances (especially the combo Drip/K-Cup coffee maker). And the master bedroom being on the main floor was a plus for us seniors. The nice patio was great for soaking up some afternoon sun. A welcome change from the motel. We will definitely return!

We had the best stay. This was our second visit to the Bluffton house, the first being to check it out for potential use to surprise my Mom w/an 80th Birthday party. Accommodations are super comfortable & the hosts very responsive. In fact, I awakened the morning of the surprise party to find an unexpected 3 inches of snowfall. I was concerned about elderly people walking on the snow and ice, and before I could even think about how I was going to set safety measures in place, the host arrived to shovel snow & lay down ice melt. The party went off great & during a 2 hour time frame we had close to 50 people come & go. There was always plenty of room for folks to sit & chat if they wanted and as usual there was a congregation in the kitchen. Just like home! If we travel to Bluffton again with our kids/grandkids, this will be the place we rent as the 4 bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

My husband & I stayed to "scope out" this property in advance as we intend to return again to host a birthday party for my mom here. We'll have more family with us then, so the spacious bedrooms will be great for kids & grandkids traveling with us, and the living space is perfect for the 80th birthday party open house we intend to host. Easy access to groceries & under 30 minutes from Ft. Wayne, which is the closest large city (and airport).

Five cousins got together for a partial reunion. We had a great time and the property was even better than expected. There was plenty of room and the home was well taken care of and very clean. Everything we needed worked and the property is conveniently located. It didn't take more than 5-10 minutes to get to anywhere local you wanted to go. Also loved the neighborhood. While it was an older neighborhood, the homes seemed to be well maintained. And, all of the big, older homes gave me a feeling of another time.....years past.

My father passed away and this property was perfect place for our family to enjoy one another's company and support during the days of the viewing and funeral which were within walking distance. Perfectly clean and the decor was just lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences. A basket with a few snacks and coffee pods, teas and cocoa were very appreciated. Huge laundry room. Comfortable beds and plentiful storage areas. It would be perfect for a family get together in warmer weather with the front porch rockers, back yard picnic table, grill and fire pit. I didn't see lawn chairs so maybe you'd need to bring those for the backyard or the inviting sun porch with windows and the ceiling fans. Well done! Thank you for all the thoughtful touches Michelle and Gary and for making a tough time a little easier.
