This is a beautiful property with amazing ocean views, a tidal beach to explore and a beautifully finished cottage. The cottage has very functional layout and there has been obvious care in how it is equipped. We loved the screened in gazebo especially. I highly recommend this beautiful property! We would love to visit again.

Beautiful location for a quiet get away. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the views of the ocean. Cooking on the grill and hiking nearby.

We had an awesome stay at Little Bay Retreat! The place is immaculately clean and so comfortable as a home base for exploring this area of DownEast Maine. The views from the deck are constantly changing with the tide, so much to just sit and enjoy. Visited Lubec having lunch at the old sardine factory overlooking the water, went to West Quoddy State Park and walked the trails and visited the lighthouse, went to Jasper Beach and discovered a wonderful nearby restaurant south of Machias called The Public House, affiliated with West Branch Farms, and enjoyed lobsters from Capt Matt eating them in the Gazebo as the sun set over the bay. Highly recommend a stay at Little Bay.
