Relaxing place, we even stayed an extra night because it was so calming. The place is older and so near the water, so it has its quirks. There is an old home smell that comes with being so close to the beach, but the place is very clean and well cared for. You really are one block to the beach, you have a quiet entrance that leads to such a relaxing place to enjoy the beach! They are dog friendly!!! with a towel and even a ball for the dog to take to the beach. It was so perfect, our little puppy couldn't have been happier.
There were only 2 places to eat in town, both in walking distance but really they were not that great, you are close to Seabrook and while more expense, of the place has a BBQ out by the hot tub, you could ask to use. Others did while we were there. That being said the coffee shop in the morning is wonderful and a great start to a lazy beach and sun morning!
Highly recommend this place if you want to get away, small town relaxation, great hot tubs and kicked back feeling.

Mary was very friendly and super nice. The room is decorated very cute. Having the kitchen was a major plus! Was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tubs were super nice! The courtyard area was nice!
