Everything was clean and as expected. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent and Michael was a great host. We highly recommend it.

The headline on VRBO is misleading. The kitchen and part of the bathroom have been renovated. Here are the pluses and minuses:
Plus:
Great location, very convenient.
Kitchen, living room and bedroom are great. Very comfortable bed and seating.
Plenty of blankets.
Minus:
Very low water pressure, especially in the shower.
Shower control slips and continuously makes the water hotter.
Bathtub needs to be replaced.
Wall heater in the bedroom stopped working.
You decide what you can tolerate.
