About this apartment rental
This comfortable 1-bedroom condo with an enclosed loft and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to six guests and is ideally located near the free shuttle, perfect for easy access to the Mountain during the winter months. You’ll also be close to shops, restaurants, the new ice rink, recreation center, bowling alley and scenic walking and biking trails. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wood-burning stove. The living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while the loft includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk, along with a flat-screen TV/DVD, ideal for families or groups. The complex amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool (summer only), BBQ grill, Jacuzzi, tennis court and outdoor parking. The property is also located on the Green Shuttle Line for added convenience. There are grassy areas nearby where kids can play and enjoy the outdoors. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. In the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided with two parking passes. Condo is confortable but a bit old dated. The location is not close to public transit. If you don't intent to use buses It's ok.

The unit was spacious and very comfortably situated all of the guests with privacy and warmth. The decor was charming, and the all of the amenities were clean and functional. The building was also centrally located to groceries, restaurants, and the Mammoth shuttle stop. This location made for a wonderful ski trip!

My only recommendation is to get a bigger TV. They are fairly cheap now and being able to watch a movie at night is a common expectation for guests. That TV is tiny for that corner space. A smart TV would also allow guests to access their own accounts on Netflix etc. Also the knives in the kitchen are virtually unusable for anyone expecting to actually cook a meal. A new set in there would be much appreciated for the next guests. Just sayin

We are not picky so it worked for us but there was a moth problem. At least 20 moths in the bathroom. The furniture and appliances were dated but functional. Nice complex.
